HOUSE RULES

🕒 Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: After 14:30 (If early check-in is possible, we will inform you in advance).

• Check-out: By 11:00 (We kindly ask for punctuality so we can prepare the studio for our next guests).

• Flexibility: Upon request and subject to availability, we offer early check-in or late check-out to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Building Access

• Sun Vibe Apartment: The building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience.

• Sun Vibe Studio: Located on the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator. Please note it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.

Self Check-in

We use an electronic lock system, which allows you to arrive at any time without the need for a physical key handover. However, we still value the personal touch and, in most cases, we will be there to welcome you in person!

🚗 Access and Parking

• Luggage Access: Since the studios are located within a complex with controlled access, you must provide us with your car's license plate number in advance. This will grant you access for loading and unloading your luggage.

• Transit Stay: Vehicle stay inside the complex is limited to 1 hour.

• Parking: Sun Vibe Studios does NOT have its own private parking spaces. There are paid parking lots right next to the complex where you can leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay.

🐾 Pets

We love animals, but in order to maintain a high standard of hygiene and to ensure the peace and comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed at Sun Vibe Studios.

🤫 Quiet Hours

• We kindly ask our guests to observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

🧹 Cleaning and Waste Management

• Household Waste: Disposal of household waste during the stay is the responsibility of the guests.

• Disposal Areas: We kindly ask you to use the designated waste disposal areas and containers located within the complex.

• Maintenance: The studios are handed over in excellent hygienic condition. For stays longer than 7 days, a complimentary change of bed linen and towels is provided.

🚭 Smoking Policy

• Strict Prohibition: Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.

• All Devices: This ban applies to traditional tobacco products, as well as all types of electronic cigarettes, heat-not-burn devices (IQOS, glo), and vapes.

• Designated Area: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony with the door to the room kept closed.

• Cleanliness: Please use the provided ashtrays and do not dispose of waste outside of them.
